This picture shows the unit located in the front of the home and there is an apartment in the rear. The apartment has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a kitchen, a washer & dryer, cable TV, air conditioning, and a place to park. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby as well as other conveniences. It is 9.55 miles or 15 minutes to the South Entrance of the Air Force Academy and most of the tourist attractions are only a few minutes to the west in Manitou Springs. The apartment is small, but it will nicely accommodate a family of two adults and a young child. If you are interested in using the apartment, just write us and let us know the dates and number of people that you plan to have stay there. It will be less expensive and more convenient and comfortable than most accommodations.
